CONTACT INFORMATION:
- When you place an order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
- A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
- As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email to info@momentumcardiff.com. Please ensure that you notify us of your preference for each e-mail address account given to us.
- We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
YOUR ORDER:
- Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between Momentum and yourself takes place unless we cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
- If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
CANCELLATION:
- Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services department on info@momentumcardiff.com.
- If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy.
PRODUCT PRICING AND DESCRIPTION:
- Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
- We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold;
SALE ITEM DISCLAIMER:
- We have very limited stock of our sale items and stock items. Due to the fact our stock levels are updated once every 24 hours a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.
PROMOTIONAL CODE DISCLAIMER:
- You can use published promotional codes through our orderline and website only and not in conjunction with any other offer. You can participate in offers once only. P&P, gift vouchers and sale items are excluded from offers. These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders with all orders being subject to acceptance under Momentum Contract Furniture Ltd’s standard terms and conditions - orders that are considered to be commercial may be excluded from the offer.
PAYMENT
- Payment for all orders is at point of sale. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
- The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You will need to be able to confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under British law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Be over 18 years of age
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

By accepting the Terms & Conditions, customers agree to read all our policies and terms and conditions of sale.
SHIPPING
Goods that are in stock are shipped within 3 days of order.
Delivery times are stated on all other goods. If the delivery time exceeds that which is stated we will contact you.
On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation stating estimated delivery. When the goods are ready to be shipped you will receive further correspondence confirming when the goods will be sent to you.
All our goods are sent using a next day postal or courier service.
DELIVERY CHARGES
England and Wales Mainland:
Small items £6
Medium boxed items £10
Larger or heavy items £18-£25
Delivery for multiple items will not exceed £35
Delivery for orders over £500 is free of charge

If you would like to use our express delivery service, please call our customer services team where you will be advised on availability of the items you require. The deadline to receive order for express shipping the next working day is 1pm
Our standard courier service will attempt delivery on two occasions and will leave a calling card to which you will need to respond within 5 days. You can either contact them directly using the details on the calling card or contact us on 02920 236 266. Please be aware that should you not respond to the calling card, the goods will be returned to us after 5 days and a re-delivery charge will apply.
We try as much as possible to send items within our standard delivery charge. However, some products are fragile and require specialist carriers, are heavy and over sized, or simply require extra insurance. Please note that the extra charge means that the product should reach you in excellent condition. Due to long experiences with sending items in the post that do not arrive in perfect condition, we review each and every product using all the customer feedback we have received over the years. Our only aim is to prevent customer disappointment and offer the best service we can. For those customers who order very fragile items, the cost of delivery will range between £25 and £260 (with a small charge per additional item) depending on where you live within the UK mainland (see above). Delivery will be charged at point of order. Once your order has been processed, a customer services representative will call you with a quote at which point you may continue with the order or decline and receive a refund.
MEASUREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture from us will pass freely through doorways. Be aware of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All of our products have clear height, width and depth measurements and are always displayed in this order in our catalogue and on our website. Should you find our furniture does not fit through your access ways, we will not be able to refund you your postage, and we will deduct the return fee from any refunds we make to you.
RETURNS
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order then send the items back to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items in the orginal packaging and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
